Security Update – Hosting Infrastructure

We would like to inform our customers of a recent security advisory issued by our upstream infrastructure provider concerning a vulnerability affecting certain PHP server configurations.
Our infrastructure provider has confirmed that immediate measures have been taken to contain the identified threat, including additional security restrictions, server investigations and enhanced monitoring.
What does this mean for Hex Hosting customers?
At present, we have received no indication that Hex Hosting customer websites, accounts or data have been compromised as a result of this issue.
Our hosting services remain operational, and no action is currently required from customers.
